As a 20 year military veteran I hold service to a high standard and this "organization" has no standard. After 5 in person visits to this location and numerous phone calls still no plates or no help in rectifying this issue. I contacted the DMV 90 days after purchase to check on the status of the plates and was informed that the dealership never submitted the required/requested documentation to start the registration paperwork. The consistent long holds on the phone and repetitive unanswered questions has created so much stress. This ordeal has made my sons car buying and driving experience a disaster. I would have never thought I would have experienced such disregard for a consumers safety and wellbeing. In short they are misleading and disloyal.
