My God-daughter called me last week and said she wanted to go car shopping. She was in an old Tahoe with failing AC and said she needed something reliable that wouldn’t break down. I texted Summer (sold me my 4R in September) and asked about one I saw on the website. She had one of her sales associates (Shameer) grab it and we saw it as we pulled in. My God daughter loved it! I said we have to drive it first…. It was in great condition and Shameer and I discussed the thorough inspection of cars that come in and how ANUSA will not sell vehicles that have been chipped or modified in the CPU in anyway. This runner had been lifted but we were still able to opt for the warranty through AN. A great piece of peace of mind for this new young driver. We left with our needs met, terms in place and as happy customers thanks to Summer Stiles and her sales associate, Shameer at Auto Nation USA-Katy. I wish I made more money…I love buying cars LOL. Rated a one because a selection is needed, They deserve a 0 I traded in leased Jeep Gladiator for a Bronco back in December. The dealership was to pay off my lease but here we are dang near two months aft 0 I traded in leased Jeep Gladiator for a Bronco back in December. The dealership was to pay off my lease but here we are dang near two months after the fact and my lease has not been paid off. My credit is reflecting two auto loans and is declining because these clowns have not fulfilled their end of the deal and have already sold my Jeep Gladiator trade in. I have reached out to both the sales rep and financing manager to get this handled. Both are dodging my calls, text and emails. More
