Awesome experience buying a Toyota Camry Hybrid. I purposely asked my brother and brother in-law to come along after work to check if the service would be different with working class people; to my I purposely asked my brother and brother in-law to come along after work to check if the service would be different with working class people; to my surprise, Kaylon immediately found a place for us to sit and while Roger Torres was going over with me about the car-buying process, Kaylon offered my family coffee and water and made them feel comfortable. I am a retired teacher and Roger told me how thankful he is for teachers and first responders, which he showed as he tried to get me the best deal, honestly answered all my questions, and speed up the process making sure he covered/answered all my concerns. I am really happy at the service they provided and how comfortable they made my family feel.
