We purchased a Buick Lacrosse today. I want to thank Kenzie she worked with finance to make sure we were happy with the payments and still got the 3 year repair plan. Kenzie also stayed late to help us Saturday night and had us ready to go Monday morning. I am still a little unhappy with all the reasons I will need to return to AutoNation USA to get fixed or repaired. My husband and I felt like these things should have been done before selling the car or at least before having the car picked up. The trunk latch is broken and hanging out, the windshield is cracked all the way across, the windshield wipers are non existent, there is a significant scratch on the one side, and niether of the keys work. I was told that most of that would be done before pick up. I was then told they would come to my work. I was told they would replace the keys, but no indication when. Now Im being told I have to take off teaching 1st graders to spend the day at the place getting the glass done. No word on everything else. I was so happy about the process. Then all of these things that we started to see, and little to no response from Kenzie. I hope she calls today with appointment times for me. More
