I was in contact with a sales rep and agreed on pricing. Then after I tried to proceed with a deposit to hold all I heard was crickets and then when the salesman did respond he said that another sales rep had sold the vehicle. I inquired about the deposit again and was told that they weren't taking deposits because the GM said it was near the end of the month. They also low balled me on my trade that Carvana and Carmax both offered 17K and the best they would do is 12K. This must be simple click bait and switch type tactics. Also wanted to charge me $500 delivery and most dealerships offer free delivery. More
