STAY AWAY! Been trying to get through to speak to Ricky about my car, he's dismissive and unprofessional. I've purchased from here before and have had no other problems until now. I received a call that I needed to speak to Ricky about a prev purchase. I've called and left numerous message and every time I was given the run around, or he's not here. One occasional I was put through only to be hung up on when Ricky said hello and I told him who I was. Obviously he doesn't want to deal with me. I finally had the opportunity to stop by, I waited to speak to him. When we spoke, I expressed that I've been trying to return his call, that it seemed urgent if it was regarding my most recent purchase. He said I was becoming belligerent. I wasn't yelling, or swearing I just needed to know what and why I needed to speak to him about. He stormed out and said he wasn't going to continue if I wasn't going to calm down. What a complete waste of time. He's unprofessional and delusional. More
