Just run far far away from this dealership. Paid for a car in cash and got the runaround for over two weeks until I got the car shipped to me and to no surprise the car was filthy. They just don't care about their customers!! More
Less than two weeks after taking my car off the lot, the alternator and battery left me stranded on the side of the road. Considering the timing, I am confident that the sales reps knew something was going alternator and battery left me stranded on the side of the road. If you buy here, get an independent inspection before the 5 day return policy is up. You may have many surprises under the hood that they don’t tell you. It was my saving grace. They can claim “worry-free” i 5 day return policy is up. You may have many surprises under the hood that they don’t tell you. It was my saving grace. They can claim “worry-free” inspected vehicle all they want, fact is I was sold a vehicle with multiple undisclosed problems that would’ve turned into hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repairs in a short time. Inspection paperwork shows all things signed off on as good working condition. They didn’t even do the most basic things as the coolant was empty and the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. On top of major concerns my mechanic found on the vehicle including an oil leak from engine/transmission, leaking shocks, cracked engine mount, broken control arm bushings among many other things. Made my concerns known, and other than my salesman Austin who was very professional, every manager/higher up defended, deflected and attempted to gaslight me over being sold a vehicle in this condition. Nothing disclosed of these problems, and based upon book value/selling price that I paid this should be been a “good” or “great” condition car. I returned the vehicle before the 5 days and just decided to be done with them, get my down payment back and stop the financing with the bank from going through. The day I returned the car, I had to speak to Chris the finance director to get the return process going. I was not there to argue anymore, just wanted to be done. He seemed to want to argue over the fact I was returning, and spoke down to me like I was stupid and was generally very arrogant, and condescending regarding the whole thing. Tried to tell me these issues were “normal wear and tear”, and that oil leaking out is normal which is laughable. Told me directly to my face that they don’t repair everything wrong with a car before selling it so keep that in mind if you’re looking at something here. The vehicle I returned was back on the sales lot less than 24 hours later, and per the carfax report online nothing else was done to it. Speaks volumes. More
Matt was fantastic as soon as we entered the dealership, greeted us with enthusiasm and got us straight to what we were looking for. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this unethical dealership. I should’ve ended the deal when communication was nonexistent. I inquired about a vehicle from their website and the salesman gave me dealership. I should’ve ended the deal when communication was nonexistent. I inquired about a vehicle from their website and the salesman gave me some info and said it needed a couple repairs. As soon as I told him I’d take the vehicle as long as it was repaired, communication became zero. I had to call and get the run around. For some reason the failed to realize it wasn’t that the repair was taking longer than they quoted(by 2 weeks) it was that they could not communicate or call me back when the promised to at times they specified! They also say the GM is out on medical leave so i would love to talk to the regional manager, owner, someone with authority. I have this well documented with text messages, pictures, names and dates. This was a dropped ball every step of the way and I truly believe someone needs to know what’s going on here. I feel like having talked to several employees here that things are in disarray. The service manager and salesman assure me there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle, they do very thorough 100 something point inspections. Fast forward to the repair being done. I fly to Vegas, make it to the dealership. The truck is a bit dirty inside and out but I’m not too picky. There was some type of pill on the backseat floor. The antenna was broken and in the backseat. I take a look under the vehicle and immediately notice there’s a very obvious oil leak. Not like there’s a little oil seeping, but actual dripping wet covered in oil. I didn’t even get to look at the truck for more than 20 minutes (test drive included). I would've easily overlooked everything as wear and tear except the dripping oil even though they weren’t as transparent as they claimed. The salesman thought they could probably just have my local autonation USA cover it and they’d write me up something, I can’t recall the term, ‘will’ letter? We go inside and the used sales manager Alhondra, has no sympathy for someone that just flew in to look at this vehicle. She says it’s as/is because it’s used and vehicles leak. Her or her coworkers justification was that her and her husbands vehicles leak. Not willing to stretch the return period so I can get it looked at. Not willing to let me have my local Autonation USA look at it. She essentially says take it as is or move on. Here I am flying in with a check to buy a 50k vehicle and can’t get half of an apology. Even the salesmen looks baffled. They even told me to buy an extended warranty and have them repair it. Extended warranties normally don’t cover pre-existing issues.. This was shady and unethical. Heck even an ounce of effort would’ve pushed this sale through as I was desperate and needed to get back home. Literally almost anything would’ve helped me purchase this vehicle and go about my way. There was zero effort. Just “used cars leak oil”. It’s truly a shame and I’m baffled beyond belief at the treatment from beginning to end. Now I’m out time, money for a flight, a temp tag and gas, my financing has to get cancelled. It’s the principal of a very obvious dripping oil leak and you guys saying you inspect the vehicle. Service manager assured me it was ready to go, no leaks. After I told her they needed to do something about me getting a rental car home there was some back and forth and she agreed to reimburse me for a 74$ rental car. As a positive, I’ll note when I told the finance manager I’d no longer work with my non communicative salesman Justin. Demyjay took over and had outstanding communication. More
