Autonation on Broadway is the worst car shop I have ever attended. The sales people are dishonest, immature, and predatory. They lie and misrepresent company policy and STATE LAWS just to get a sale. This place needs to be shut down, either from autonation corporate or from city/state government. They do not honor the Money-Back Guarantee, so don't even go in with that reassurance. They'll use pre-existing damage to deny it. The sales manager defended this behavior, and was further dishonest when I asked for the general manager's contact. Just a very bad shop all around. Borderline illegal. Take your money to an honest dealership. More

I bought 2016 Dodge Dart GT, one owner, no accidents, clean Carfax. Great experience. Simple and easy and quick. I like the no haggle price and no dealer prep or other hidden fees. Will probably never use a traditional dealership again. My sales rep, Huberto helped me find affordable insurance and financing. He was also very low key, no pressure. The financing officer, Kasey, took his time found even better financing for me. I was not easy to finance post-divorce. The dealership delivered the car straight to my door at no charge because I still had to drive my original car home from the dealership. Kasey also helped me find a protection package at a reasonable price that covers the car till five years from purchase date or 145,000 miles, whichever comes first. In short, I am very pleased. More
