I drove about two hours to come look at a Porsche Cayenne after scheduling an appointment the previous night. When we arrived at the dealership the next day, they told us that the car was sold the previous night. I don't care that they sold it, but I do care that they allowed me to end up wasting over 5 hours of my day off and did not call me to inform the vehicle I had an appointment to see was sold before I drove down for my 10 o'clock appointment. This was incredibly disrespectful of my time and potential patronage, and I recommend going to any of the other numerous dealerships on Broadway. We ended up finding a vehicle that better fit our needs and had a much more pleasant experience at Groove Subaru down the road. More

The financing officer, Kasey, took his time found even better financing for me. I was not easy to finance post-divorce. The dealership delivered the car straight to my door at no charge because I still had to drive my original car home from the dealership. Kasey also helped me find a protection package at a reasonable price that covers the car till five years from purchase date or 145,000 miles, whichever comes first. In short, I am very pleased. More
