Wish you guys were more on top of everything, I loved the car, which is the only reason I bought from you guys. Really felt like I had to do everything though, the financing rate they gave was high so had to car, which is the only reason I bought from you guys. Really felt like I had to do everything though, the financing rate they gave was high so had to call my bank to get a lower rate. Then they got it "detailed" by literally putting down some paper mats. I ended up showing them a straight dust foot print on the door and a bunch of crumbs and in both the driver and passenger seat, after which I was informed the main detail person was not there and I would have to bring the car back in the next month if I wanted it detailed. I live over an hour an a half from the dealership. I was told I had 4 days to bring it back if there was any problems. I called the second day to ask when I could come in and got no answer, called again on the third day because the alignment of the car was off and needed to be fixed, still no answer so I left a message and have not heard back since. Honestly never had such a poor experience with any dealership. More

I went into the dealer looking for a reliable used vehicle. I had been previously been warned not to go in as a woman alone. They would swarm you like sharks.
