Fixed my sales tax issue I need to amend this review, because the dealership is fixing my issue. In my earlier review, I said that I felt tricked by the salesperson who agreed I need to amend this review, because the dealership is fixing my issue. In my earlier review, I said that I felt tricked by the salesperson who agreed to a full and final price with ALL sales tax collected, but failed to include part of the city sales tax. That salesperson is no longer working there. Despite not being able to talk to that salesperson, Marc, the GM, at the dealership listened to my situation and agreed to fix the issue by refunding the sales tax that I paid! I was open and honest with him and I could tell that he respected it. I feel they will do whatever is necessary to take care of the customer. More
