I have been using the service center there since I bought my car 6 years ago and this was the worst experience that I had there. I had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 and it took 3 hours. The service person I dealt with didn’t update me until I texted him after 2 hours. He just said I’d be next. He never came out to give me any updates or even suggest other items that might be needed.
