I came on a Friday so it was a pretty busy bustling place but from what I hear, that was just an everyday thing! Waited 15 mins in line and It took a really long time for just an oil change - even with an ap but from what I hear, that was just an everyday thing! But what made it all worth it was there was a pretty decent cafe inside to order something substantial to eat, free coffee, a sparkling clean car and a responsive apologetic staff!
