Very slow, I called for appointment for nail in tire and was told it was considered an emergency and did not need appointment. Got there and it took three hours to fix. I dropped off my car on a Saturday morning because my heater wasn’t working. I was charged $99.95 for the diagnostic. My service advisor, Jorge Ortiz, called me a few hours later to tell me what part nee heater wasn’t working. I was charged $99.95 for the diagnostic. My service advisor, Jorge Ortiz, called me a few hours later to tell me what part needed to be replaced. I told him to proceed with the repair. He said he’d call me later to let me know when the part would be arriving and how long the repair would take. He never called me back. The next day I texted him twice. He never responded. I called the dealership and was told all they could do was leave him a message. When I didn’t hear from him, I called the dealership again. This time, I was told Mr. Ortiz wasn’t working that day. I was put through to the parts department in an attempt to find out what was going on. The parts department never talked to me. Instead, they put me on hold for 30 minutes, until closing time. Monday, after multiple calls, I finally got a call back from the service manager, Gerry Zarsadias. He told me the part had to be ordered and he couldn’t estimate how long it would be before it came. He then told me I needed to pay for the part in advance. I had to insist before he reluctantly agreed to order the part without me paying for it up front. I’ve brought my vehicles to this dealership for service for years, but after this, I won’t be coming back. More
I arrive home after my service appointment to find engine oil dripping from the pan. It was so loose. I was able to tighten the drain plug by hand. The service was done efficiently, however I found the process chaotic. Three different techs called just to sign me in. I had an appointment.
