Came in for a oil change and tire rotation when I first arrived the service advisor Brendan was not very polite nor professional when I asked him to speak to a manager for questions about my service he see arrived the service advisor Brendan was not very polite nor professional when I asked him to speak to a manager for questions about my service he seemed very agitated because there was a issue with a service that I thought was included turns out it wasn’t but never the less he should have just let me speak to a manager he said he spoke to a manager I think Tammy was her name and came back and said she says NO and I said she says no about what he had no explanation as all I asked for was a manager. He told me I was more than welcome to go to Toyota of Orlando instead of the one I was at and that set me over the edge bc you don’t tell a customer that so that’s when I spoke to a manger. Then at the end when I was leaving Gerry stopped me says he was one of the service managers he apologized for Brendan’s behavior and attitude hopefully Brendan gets his stuff together and stops being so frustrated bc that kind of behavior is unacceptable to someone who wasn’t rude to him but simply trying to get clarity of what is included before getting anything done. So I’m giving them 5 stars simply because Gerry and other staff that I encountered was professional and kind. More

I’ve come to Toyota Winter Park continuously for the past year or so due to terrible service at Toyota of Clermont, where I purchased my car in 2021. Recently, I had an issue with my alternator that I had to year or so due to terrible service at Toyota of Clermont, where I purchased my car in 2021. Recently, I had an issue with my alternator that I had to replace less than a month after purchasing it from Clermont. The lower lifespan of an alternator is 3 years and mine did not even last half that time. Clermont provided me with terrible service since the day I bought my car and the alternator situation was no different. My service technician, Donte went above and beyond to rectify my car issues, although Toyota of Winter Park did not give me the bad alternator. The service manager,Jerry and Donte (the service advisor) worked together the whole day. They went out of their way to advocate for me and help me get transferred to Toyota of Clermont for them to honor a lifetime warranty and get me back on the road. This was unsuccessful, yet took up the whole day. Donte and Jerry showed a significant amount of patience, care, and professionalism. It made me feel like a valued and important customer. Donte kept me informed, made sure that a solution was reached, and explained each step to me. I appreciate the fact Toyota Winter Park went out of their way and rectified an issue that was not caused by them. More
