One of the best service shops in the Orlando area to have your vehicle serviced. If they are advised of a mistake, they take ownership of the problem and immediately correct and rectify the charges. Service experience was great. Wait was reasonable and service rep was prompt and friendly and knowledgeable. Went out to lot to look for a Prius or highlander. Dealership is a high volume operation with lots of employees. Because of this nothing can be done quickly. My issue was minor and involved a defective part but it goes into the process for resolution employees. Because of this nothing can be done quickly.
