I was informed I could come in since I have to modify my appointment. I waited over three hours for an oil change and was informed I needed front breaks. Not enough time at the end of the day to have brakes replaced. Did not review brake situation well. The hood of my car has scratches all over it. I’m not sure if the mechanics placed something on the hood to cause the scratches, but there is damage to the hood. Please have someone contact me to discuss. Thank you Kelly More

Diagnostics takes way too long to look for a squeak which I already had pointed out it’s location. I sat in the waiting area for 4hrs and no one came by to check on me or give me an update.
