I drove into the parking lot entrance & I was impressed with how I was greeted cheerfully by a guy & directed to the car service center. I proceeded to drive & to my surprise I entered a short line with on with how I was greeted cheerfully by a guy & directed to the car service center. I proceeded to drive & to my surprise I entered a short line with only 6 vehicles ahead of me. I then was greeted within 2-3 minutes by another super friendly gentleman who checked in my 2022 Toyota Camry super fast. I might’ve been sitting comfortably at the service center lobby for no more then 1 hour maximum & I received a text saying my car was ready. Needless to say yesterday was a amazing day at the dealership service center. I was in & out within a hour. Now, that to me was very impressive teamwork & impeccable workmanship. Thank You for making my experience the highlight of my entire day. I’ll definitely tell my family & friends about my amazing experience at AutoNation Toyota Winter Park. More

I have seen some changes since purchasing my vehicle here in 2017 that decreased it from excellent to good. It is difficult to reach staff, such as requesting estimate for time and cost of maintenance/repair in 2017 that decreased it from excellent to good. It is difficult to reach staff, such as requesting estimate for time and cost of maintenance/repairs when making appointments, having service performed timely, and having a more pleasant peaceful environment while waiting on service. I used to be able to sit and use any table (not just 1 of 4 cubicles) but it is very loud everywhere and the movies are often blasting volume where you hear it very loud in cafe where they also have a tv playing or inappropriate such as show/movie for very young children. I also get too many emails asking to purchase my vehicle. At one point, I would be working while waiting for service and was approached by multiple sales persons for several months but that has stopped. The last time I was there, I asked for a curteosy outside wash (which they began doing again) and received my vehicle back without it being washed. I am trying to decide based on the past 1.5 years with these changes if my next vehicle purchase will be here or not based on all these changes for the less than postive (not for the better). It used to feel really welcoming and "home" like. More

I went in for an oil service and they damaged my vehicle. My black truck went in clean and come out with water spots all over it because they washed it without my permission and parked it in the sun to dry. The service tech, got greasy hand prints all over the truck, and sometime in this fiasco they scratched the hood. I would rather pay another garage then get the rest of the prepaid service at this dealer. More
