Tomorrow will be the 4th weekend in a row we have had to go to the service department to get our door panel fixed. First they had to order the part. Then they ordered the wrong part. Car in for several services and only chose oil and would do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready they told ‘me ‘ didn’t know about the oil change’!! Took and did it but after 2 hrs I was late being where I was suppose to be. Why did it sit there for so long without someone asking about it ? Really irritated because someone dropped the ball and considering taking the car somewhere else for service pending. Service couldn't have been better. It was well worth the wait. I drove all the way from Vero Beach to get this much better trustworthy service. The waiting time was less than an hour, although I would have preferred more time and fewer miles on my vehicle. I am very upset when I got to the dealer my car had almost 4800 miles, when I got home I che have preferred more time and fewer miles on my vehicle. We made an appointment over the phone and were told that it would take 30 minutes for our oil change. When we arrived the service advisor told us it would be 2 plus hours. Our service advisor offered a rent it would take 30 minutes for our oil change. When we arrived the service advisor told us it would be 2 plus hours. Our service advisor offered a rental car that the dealership would take care of for the miss information. This allowed us to complete errands that were planned for the day. Our vehicle was ready in 2.5 hours, but our inconvenience of how long it took was matched by a free rental car. I take it as a win. More
