This is a SERVICE survey response. I took my Camry XLE in for regular maintenance. My previous service agent was difficult to find through email (returned) & phone call so I made on-li I took my Camry XLE in for regular maintenance. My previous service agent was difficult to find through email (returned) & phone call so I made on-line appm't anyway. Upon arrival when asking for my previous agent I found she no longer worked in service area but she was called & did approach drive and helped me find another agent, Angelo Barbera. Angelo (he has no business card) was kind, attentive & helpful. There still seems to be several "opinions" when asking how often LOF due when using synthetic oil hmmm? My car arrived with water all over it??? I was not pleased & wondered (still wonder) why as I had just washed AND waxed the day before? Angelo helped me wipe it down but David the delivery agent was not concerned. Thank you Angelo. As a CUSTOMER I have the right to ask questions and be concerned, especially since being a Senior, I do NOT take my vehicle through auto car washes, I do it MYSELF. I also know Auto Nation/Wtr Pk does not wash vehicles anymore upon service as I was very pleased to learn that last year upon purchase. Other than that, as far as I know service was good. More

I’ve been dealing with the dealership on North Semarang Boulevard for a few years, buying vehicles and having all services done there except for a couple of years while living in Southern California.
