AutoNation Toyota Winter Park - Service Center

I had an appointment at 1pm for oil change. I arrive and I I have to wait 25 min for somebody take my car. Before that, they take the orders from another cars that arrive after me. And finall I arrive and I I have to wait 25 min for somebody take my car. Before that, they take the orders from another cars that arrive after me. And finally my car car was ready almost 5pm just for oil change and tire rotation. I won’t come back to that dealer. I do not recommend it. More

I took my 2020 Toyota Camry in for its 20,000 mile service with an appointment booked a month prior to. Appointment was booked for me to wait for vehicle. It was ready past 5pm and my appointment was at 9:30 am. They replaced an air vent that was broken on my vehicle & it required them to remove dash board on my vehicle. They left greasy hand markings all over my vehicle (steering wheel, headliner, pillars, windows, etc). They also cracked the dashboard in several areas from improper removal & reinstallation. They also scratched the leather on my shifter and gave a deep scratch to the plastic found on my side pillars. Will not be returning. Irreparable damages without replacement. Highly upset. Did not provide courtesy wash either like before. They are way too over booked. Will not be returning. More

Very responsive despite not having an appointment! I had a nail in one of my tires and had an AutoNation road hazard policy, so took my Audi to this dealership because it was the closest to my house. I had a nail in one of my tires and had an AutoNation road hazard policy, so took my Audi to this dealership because it was the closest to my house. They inspected the vehicle and found another nail in the other rear tire and got both tires replaced through the warranty claim. I was so happy with the service that I replaced both front tires and got an alignment as well. More

Staff is friendly, easy drop-off process. My oil change took about as long as they initially estimated (1.5 hours). Honestly this dealer is a great place to get service but honestly this past experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Just came in for an oil change and when I got my car return it came back with the deepes honestly this past experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Just came in for an oil change and when I got my car return it came back with the deepest scratches known to man. What makes it infuriating is the car literally got detailer the day before for an event and had to bring it back. Even the detailer said it was too deep and pretty much permanent damage to deal with. Honestly would find another dealer to avoid this issue entirely. More

Good service, long wait lines but move okay. Service person says we're gonna need tires soon, Our tires are half worn with less than 3 years on them 35k, premium michelins with no dry rot.
