My Toyota corolla had broken down at my house. Called service and they recommended a towing company. Service co-ordinator gave possible cause over the phone. Diagnostic showed he was correct. Brandon is probably the best service co-ordinator I have ever dealt with. Have used him 3 or 4 times. Very good at his job; communication, recommendations, professionalism etc. More

Worst service I’ve ever received. My appointment was at 10:15 and my advisor had to be summoned 4 times before he came. Josuey showed up with an attitude. I asked him how long it will take for an oil change since lVe been waiting for him for 45 mi nutes. He told me 2 hrs. And when I asked him why he said “welcome to Toyota your appointment doesn’t mean anything.” I was shocked to his reply. It was after 1pm when he called me on my phone n summoned me to his stall. I had to find him! He didn’t say anything about my car nor a thank you and basically just took my card. He did not provide the kind of customer service that I would normally get from this dealer. Toyota you need to train your employees on how to deliver good customer service. More
