Not pleased with service dept. Very frustrating experience. I do not live in Orlando but my son is in college there. He needed a recall repair and new tire on a fairly new Taris. I called to set appointment and had them do oil change while there. I set appt and explained that I would be paying for tire and left my contact info. Once my son dropped off car I never heard from them. So I called. I could not get ANYONE to help me pay the bill! And no-one would return my call. It took 2 1/2 hours to get someone! I had to miss a meeting I had planned.Then they tried to charge him for the oil change. It was supposed to be his 2nd complementary but they would not or could not find record of it. I guess that is why I was not happy. Only after I got stern with them did they finally discover I was right. I called to PAY them. You think some one would take my payment. And then they tried to overcharge me $170! So was I a bit upset? Yes! At one point the customer service person hung up on me! While I did raise my voice I never yelled or cussed! Yet he said to me that I needed to relax. But that was getting me nowhere. I suggested he relax and listen to my very simple request. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Absolutely awful actually. GM is welcome to contact me about details. He has issues he needs to know about. More
Service department is terrible. 1/2 hour wait from appointment time to give my car to rep, 3.5 hours for an oil change. Service department did not call when car was finished. I read past reviews and these problems has been going on for months, the GM says sorry for the problem, how can I help to other writers, The dealership doesn't seem to address the problem. I bought a new Honda in 2009 and a new Honda in 2014 service was always timely and impeccable. Perhaps the GM could find out how they do it so well and learn from them. More
Did not keep promise to waiting appointment at 7am. It was requested a technician come with the customer for a drive along and agreed when setting up the waiting appointment. When I was at the 7 am waiting appointment I was informed it was going to be 3 1/2 hours and techs do not come in until 8am and then work on cars from the previous day first. More
The service people were curteous and welcoming, although it took about 10-15 minutes to speak with a service agent. The oil change and rotation of tires were well done. The only area of dissatisfaction wa it took about 10-15 minutes to speak with a service agent. The oil change and rotation of tires were well done. The only area of dissatisfaction was the length of time it too to do an oil change. It took just under 3 hours to accomplish this task of an oil change. In my opinion, that is a highly unreasably long time for this task, especially since I had an appointment for this work to be done. I do apprecialte the car wash, and the quality of the work was very satisfactory. My only area of complaint is the length of time it took. More
