Some of the male Hispanic employees wear very strong perfume/cologne and the smell is horrible in the customer lounge area. Anyone with respiratory problems should avoid this dealership. More
Giuseppe Celentano (Service Advisor) and Anthony Bosley (Tech) provided excellent service on my 2017 RAV4. Throughout the appointment (May 2022), Mr Celentano kept me updated in a timely manner and was abl (Tech) provided excellent service on my 2017 RAV4. Throughout the appointment (May 2022), Mr Celentano kept me updated in a timely manner and was able to expedite the much-needed work, which was highly recommended by Mr Bosley. The AutoNation Toyota facility was very clean, the air conditioning was set at a comfortable temperature, and there was ample seating to simply wait for my vehicle to be serviced. This was my third time there for regular maintenance on the car since moving to the area in Oct 2020, and the professionalism of the entire staff was greatly appreciated, as always. Thank You!! More
The people in service customer service are very good. They are cordial and friendly. However, for the third time, I made appointments and still they do not honor the appointment. It does not make any sense to make appointments if the dealer does not improve the appointment method. More
I trusted Toyota to know their cars I paid for a diagnostic on my car 2001 Toyota Avalon that was skipping with acceleration, they said there was no code to tell them anything and that most likely diagnostic on my car 2001 Toyota Avalon that was skipping with acceleration, they said there was no code to tell them anything and that most likely I needed transmission changed for $4500.00 . Another mechanic used his diagnostic computer and identified I needed a tune up . I changed spark plugs and coils and now car runs beautifully. I lost my time and money at Toyota. They should reimbursed me my money. I have been going to them for almost 20 years because I have 2 Toyotas. I am disappointed. Thank you More

Had an appointment at 7, arrived at 6:50. Was told my car would be ready within the hour, checked at 8:15 if it was ready and they told me if I didn’t receive text then it wasn’t! At 8:50 I finally went up to a supervisor to see if he can go check on my car because at this point I have been here 2 hours. He went to check and came back said “ma’am I’m really sorry we dropped the ball on your car, they couldn’t find the paperwork on your car so that’s why you’ve been waiting for so long. So I asked why didn’t they say that when I asked 40 minutes ago. He couldn’t give me a response, just apologized . I then get in my car and the message that comes up to call dealership for maintenance is still on !! So did they really even do anything ? Maybe just waste my time ! More
