How long should it take to rotate tires and check a tire for a slow leak? Does 3 + hours sound right? At 3 hours I found out the car had not been touched. I took the car and left. Was told they were backed-up. How backed up can you be by 8:30 am? Was told it is always like this on Monday. So what is the point of an appointment? Misery loves company - there were people everywhere waiting. Maybe take in fewer cars if this is expected every Monday? Total waste of my morning. More
