I had a 10 a m appointment for an oil change. I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I I arrived & the tech told me that my car would be washed & vacuumed then oil would be changed. 2 1/2 hours later the car was done! When I got home I realized that they had not vacuumed & the car looked like it hadn't been washed. I could see the finger prints through the dirt on the hub caps! I phoned the dealership & told them that I was dissatisfied with the amount of time I had spent for them to service my car & that they hadn't done the wash or vacuum. Manager apologized & said that they would detail the car at my convenience. More

I just purchased a pre-owned late model Lexus GS from this dealership, and I have to say that I have never been treated better by any dealership in my life! The GM, Nick was very friendly and helpful, he put me in touch with a sales manager named Erkan, and he went so far above and beyond to make sure I got a car that I loved and that it was a perfect fit for me. I do not think that he normally would handle a regular sale like mine, but he made himself available to me and really just exceeded my expectations in every way. My partner and I have been servicing my partners Camry here for years, so I already knew I liked their service department (Kory Jackson takes good care of us), but I have to say that the purchasing experience was just as amazing. Luis was my finance guy and he made sure I got a great APR and agreeable payments. Thank you again, to all of you! This dealership has a customer for life! UPDATE: There were some issues with the car after purchase that Rommy Smeir (Service Manager) handled like an champ. He went above and beyond to assist in making things right.
