Poor experience with service. Scheduled a 7:00 am appointment arrived at 6:45, long line and other cars were there and serviced before me that did not have an appointment. Took 2.5 hours for a basic oil change which is absurd. Then they could not locate my car. I saw the car as they drove it away from where they tell people to pick up their car. Finally after speaking to 2 people I got my car. Waste of time!!! More
