This place is always super busy. Had an appointment 08/16/22. Michael was my service advisor and offered excellent customer service, kept me informed and was very personal. Normally I have a positive experience at this dealership. This time not so much. First the line to get in at 11:00 was backed up to the entrance. Eventually, after 15 minutes, I made it to the front. An unusual attempt at a couple of unnecessary (not in the maintenance schedule) upsells from my greeter set the tone for the rest of the morning. Im old but I know when my vehicle needs an alignment and wheel balance and it isn’t that 15k miles. The fact that it took 2 hours to get my oil changed is another reason why I question why I recommend this place to my friends and when I get my car back and the “air pressure is low” light is on my dash, I had the urge to let others know. I gave 4 stars because normally it’s a good dealership but I’m guessing management recently changed. Time to look around again. More
