Arrived early for a ToyotaCare covered maintenance appointment. They got me right in and texted a picture of my car as they started. The work was completed within an hour of arrival. The service representative quoted an HOUR OR LESS for pickup. Unfortunately it took more than 2 hours and 30 mins to pick up my vehicle. They had to take out a nail and patch it. So extra time was needed pickup. Unfortunately it took more than 2 hours and 30 mins to pick up my vehicle. They had to take out a nail and patch it. So extra time was needed but not an additional hour and a half. They rotated my tires as well. I have wheel locks on them. After they searched my vehicle, they came to ask where it was. They should of asked first and not gone through places I was unaware they would look. They washes my car and vacuumed the interior two seats. When I got the car back, in the passenger rug I found sand or dirt so that was not pleasing at all. Everyone was nice and friendly though, so overall the customer service was the best part to this experience. More
