I had an appointment for my car maintenance at 6 pm. The appointment was made online and your system assigned me to: Christian Altieryz, but when I arrived at 5:50 pm that person didn't exist. Anyway, I The appointment was made online and your system assigned me to: Christian Altieryz, but when I arrived at 5:50 pm that person didn't exist. Anyway, I was attended by another person named Jorge Moreiro who first doubted that I had an appointment, until I showed him my email with my appointment and he told me he didn't know who Christian was. Then, in a bad temper, he attended me saying that my car had a recall but he couldn't attend me because it was too late. And that they would only rotate the tires. His attention was always very bad and rude. Anyway, I have been a client of Autonation Weston for many years and I have never received such bad treatment. If employees don't want to work late then they shouldn't offer 6pm appointments. And the worst thing is that now I need another appointment because of the recall, but my job doesn't allow me to make appointments before 5:30 pm. So AUTONATION WESTON are providing a very bad service and after 4 cars taken from this dealership I don't think I will do it again. More
