Impresionante la atencion que recibi de Aceneth Gomez durante mi estadia en el local. Me dio cafe, chocolate y hasta un piscolabis ! I had an appointment with Jared on a busy Saturday morning. He was very kind and did his best to get us out of there at a decent time despite it being super packed. Always have a good experience at th morning. He was very kind and did his best to get us out of there at a decent time despite it being super packed. Always have a good experience at this dealership. I've been to a couple other dealerships and nothing tops this one! More

I took my car in for a 96000 mile service and I also had a message on my car computer reading "check tire pressure system, Have your car checked by a Toyota dealer". I took it to this dealership where I bou a message on my car computer reading "check tire pressure system, Have your car checked by a Toyota dealer". I took it to this dealership where I bought the car and was told they will take care of it for me. The service was done which started at $118. Then I was told the 2 air filters need to be changed and the break fluid and they recommend an injector flush and Tire rotation. Now we looking at $645. When I got the car back it had oil hand prints all over the front bumper and doors. They never did an alignment for the wheels so the car was just pulling to the left. I had to turn around and go back to do that and pay another $119. They also just pumped up one of my tires to 52 psi to trick the tire pressure system and to make the message go away temporarily but by the time I got home the message had reappeared. I told them to check the system! The car told them to check the system! Replace a sensor if you need to but just get it working. You would think that a Toyota dealership has a mechanic with the knowledge to troubleshoot these problems and let you know what needs to done to fix it. I will never take my car back to a dealership to get serviced or repaired. They just want to squeeze more and more money out of you making you believe they actually care about you and doing what is best for your car but they just do what is best for them to profit more. Pumping as many cars through the service center as quick as possible. I got the problem solved by a real mechanic that cares about his job and his clients. So just keep that in mind next time you visit a dealership. More
