He also informed me of the Military Discount I was eligible for and applied this to my balance. I have had other repairs and maintenance performed here in the past, but unfortunately, no other service managers informed me of this discount opportunity. I assume this must be a training issue with managers not being properly trained regarding discounts or poor communication from the top down stating to ask customers if they are prior military. Seems like a pretty easy fix if the AutoNation Toyota Weston leadership cares and actually reads these reviews. More
