I went for an oil change at 20k miles and they tried to up-sale a tire balance, alignment and an air filter change. If my tires are practically new and the air filter doesn't have a spec of dust, then why up-sale a tire balance, alignment and an air filter change. If my tires are practically new and the air filter doesn't have a spec of dust, then why would you try to sell something to me that I don't need. It is not ethical and completely frowned upon. My son-in-law checked everything and these were in perfect condition. The only reason why I will come back is because it's close to me. And please understand that next time that you offer something to me it will be an automatic "NO" from my part because it most likely be a complete lie. I hope that this comment will go to the right person and have them teach your service advisors not to take advantage of people like this. More
