AutoNation Toyota Weston - Service Center

I went in for a scheduled oil change, they were short staffed and I waited over 2 hours in a lobby. The lobby was overfilled with others waiting and the people were loud and annoying with little respect staffed and I waited over 2 hours in a lobby. The lobby was overfilled with others waiting and the people were loud and annoying with little respect for others present. No one at the dealer tried to control the situation. My car was then ready and I never received a notification, I was simply told "they just brought it back from getting washed". Poor communication and very annoying crowd. More
