Poor Service I feel like I was part of a scam. While the order to have my tire repaired was being written up, my battery was "checked" as a courtesy. I was told I I feel like I was part of a scam. I mentioned that it seemed to me I had a battery put in not so long ago. I was told that it didn't show up in the computer. When I got home and checked my papers, I found that I had indeed bought a new battery from the dealership in May of 2016. If indeed it wasn't any good, although I had no trouble, it should have been pro-rated. I went in to have a flat fixed and came out owing $785. I got no response to my email and text messages. More

Service is terrible. Customer service is terrible I made a survey and they found out who had done it and I have been was treated terribly ever since. I believe that they don't need to treat people good because they have enough customers. Guys this is not Maroone anymore, they don't care anymore. Service department stinks!! I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and was going to purchase another in January, however customer service has really gone down. First off, I stood for over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. This was my second visit where I've made appointments, only to be told that the service advisor was not there when I arrived. Then to top it off, the advisor that I did get informed me that it was too late for the mechanics to look at my vehicle. Mind you, when I made my appointment earlier that day, I specifically told the receptionist what service I needed, and was told that 3:45 PM would be fine. This place really needs to get there act together. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
