They had my car for around a month for a recall in which the part was on backorder. I went to pick it up when it was complete. The battery was dead and needed to be jumped. I had to replace the battery beca the part was on backorder. I went to pick it up when it was complete. The battery was dead and needed to be jumped. I had to replace the battery because they left it sitting there with no maintenance to keep it going and no response when I asked them about it. This is unprofessional to give a car back to someone in none working order when it was given to them with nothing wrong. Now it cost me money that I do not have to replace it. Absolutely upset about this. More
