It was hassle at the begging from the starting to my phone call to make the appointment..and coming to the dealer. I was sent to the wrong person to take care of the paper work.. Then, the maintenance representative was a little rough/rude at the beginning, but I just stayed calmed and listened like a little kid being lectured. He stating/lecturing that that I had to wait two hours for the vehicle maintenance and take care of the CHR recall to be inspected and that I should have chosen a different day/time. I am glad that there are only three more maintenance visits visit with this dealership. Very disappointed. More
