I only bring my car to AutoNation Toyota Weston, our service advisor, Jared, gave us information about regular service requirements to maintain the batteries, that even though it should be done every 15 service advisor, Jared, gave us information about regular service requirements to maintain the batteries, that even though it should be done every 15,000 miles, no other service advisor has bothered to explain. It was hassle at the begging from the starting to my phone call to make the appointment..and coming to the dealer. I was sent to the wrong person to take care of the paper work.. I understand that yesterday was a holiday (11 October). Then, the maintenance representative was a little rough/rude at the beginning, but I just stayed calmed and listened like a little kid being lectured. He stating/lecturing that that I had to wait two hours for the vehicle maintenance and take care of the CHR recall to be inspected and that I should have chosen a different day/time. I am glad that there are only three more maintenance visits visit with this dealership. Very disappointed. More
