I have a Toyota Dealer 5 minutes from my house, and yet I drive from Doral to Weston to use Toyota of Weston Service Department. I am very happy with my Service Advisor Al Corrales and him ensuring that all drive from Doral to Weston to use Toyota of Weston Service Department. I am very happy with my Service Advisor Al Corrales and him ensuring that all my needs are taken care of. Service Department is great but I must say the Finance department is lacking. I paid off my card 5 years early and ask for a refund on my Gap Insurance. Turned in the letter and was told 5 to 6 weeks. It has now been over 2 months and I still have not received this refund. I feel like I’m dealing with salesman trying to sell as much service as possible. They are not knowledgeable about anything related to cars other than what they’re selling you. Not helpful with other issue much service as possible. They are not knowledgeable about anything related to cars other than what they’re selling you. Not helpful with other issues related to car such as body work. They can’t even provide advice as to what to do for body damage other than to tell me to take it to body shop across town. More
