Slow and questionable service. I had an appointment to balance tires after two attempts and still a vibration. Service advisor became argumentative and I had to threaten to speak t I had an appointment to balance tires after two attempts and still a vibration. Service advisor became argumentative and I had to threaten to speak to his supervisor before he accepted vehicle to get balance. They have a video monitor in the service bay so I kept checking periodically. But I didn't see them remove wheels to balance. After two hours I called the service rep and he said technician checked balance and it was good. I asked about the tire needing patch for a leak and was told not done yet. I had to take it as is because I had to leave. I bought vehicle at this dealership new and service has gotten worse. More
