Cesar has been my service advisor for the last 6-7 times when I come to have my car serviced. He's very knowledgeable, thorough and keeps me updated on the progress of my car. I normally go in between 7:30 to 8:00, but my time was 9:45 on this last visit. Despite the crowd size, I was pleasantly surprised about the time that I had to wait.
