I was at this dealership a few days ago because the alternator of my 2019 Toyota Corolla was damaged, the car came in in the morning hours and they delivered it to me at 6 pm on the way home I realized alternator of my 2019 Toyota Corolla was damaged, the car came in in the morning hours and they delivered it to me at 6 pm on the way home I realized that the air conditioning was not cooling (the AC was working perfectly when I entered the workshop) the next day I contacted the advisor Paula to inform her about what happened and she asked me to take the car that same day to check it, after waiting all day again they tell me that the compressor stopped working so I ask for a coherent explanation of why if the car came in with the AC working it came out with the AC not working, the advisor's response is that the repair that was done has nothing to do with the compressor and that I should pay for the repair, they call the advisor's supervisor and very rudely he responds that that has nothing to do with what they did and that things can stop working at any moment, that he is going to call Toyota to see how they can help me. Days later I receive a call from the advisor saying to take the car to be checked to see if there was a bad repair, because something similar had happened previously where a technician made a bad repair. I take it two days later and I lose another whole day for them to give me a paper saying that the compressor stopped working and that it is not their fault and no one else is responsible for the damage. I do not recommend this place and I give it one star for the following reasons: 1. They caused damage by making a repair and did not respond. 2. The costs are too high for the quality of services they provide. 3. The attention from the advisor was very average and from the manager was terrible! 4. They cannot give me an explanation of what happened and they insinuate that I brought it bad. 5. They told me on two occasions to deliver the car and get a new one, so I deduce that they could have damaged it on purpose. 6. In case there is damage caused by them, they will not respond to you. Finally, I want to clarify that the car has 133,000 miles, that it was bought at that dealership and other repairs had already been done previously. I recommend not going to this place because you will pay more, they will give you the car with other damage so that you can get a new one and the customer service is not the best. More
Cat and mouse games, took my Tacoma in for what was supposed to be an oil change, was til my front end was .0001 out of alignment. I consented against my better judgement that my 12000 mile driven on F supposed to be an oil change, was til my front end was .0001 out of alignment. I consented against my better judgement that my 12000 mile driven on Florida roads vehicle needed front end alignment. At the same time while the vehicle was under warranty mentioned to the service writer about the spots on the hood who stated they will wash it to take a look at it. Long story short, they did the alignment so they can charge me for an out of warrantee service and did nothing about the rust spots on the hood. Incidentally they did not change the oil either stating I don’t have enough miles since the last change. Received another notice in December stating I needed an oil change, made an appointment for the first week of January. Brought in the vehicle in January was once again told I don’t have enough miles for an oil change, I told them about the spots on the hood and they quickly told me my vehicle is out of warranty. I appealed to the manager who stated he would call me and after a week called to the main Toyota 800 number who also stated they would call me back. And is now over a month without any calls. By the way the spots are caused by a a plastic ( Saran Wrap) type of film they stick on the vehicle to make it shine and protect it from debris. I had no idea this paint protection garbage is factory warranted for one year. In view of the fact this dealership failed to even make any effort to call me back, I will no longer consider another Toyota next time I replace my current vehicle. Ironically they are trying to sell me an extended warranty as I write this unhappy experience. I’ve been around long enough to know when a dealership is no longer interested in repeat sales. In this case the words sham and scam come to mind and I have no problem considering other makes of vehicles in the future. After the many years of Toyota ownerships it’s time for a change. More

I was charged 3 hours of car rental as I was told that was the minimum. I have since learned that 1 hour is the minimum. I should not have had to pay for car rental for a recall notice. I found great diff was the minimum. I have since learned that 1 hour is the minimum. I should not have had to pay for car rental for a recall notice. I found great difficulty conversing with the staff as they all spoke in a foreign language. More
