I went thru the Costco Auto Program and they put me in touch with Auto Nation Toyota of Weston Florida I received a call with in minutes from a Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo asking me what type of vehicle I wa touch with Auto Nation Toyota of Weston Florida I received a call with in minutes from a Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo asking me what type of vehicle I was interested in I informed him I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Tundra 1794 edition they were not available at the time (December 2022) I reserved the Tundra and he advised me every 2 weeks on the status of the truck I was surprised by this because no other dealer had done this before Mr. Cristo went out of his way to give me updates. On March 8 the vehicle arrived I met with him on March 9th to view and purchase the Tundra Mr. Cristo went above and beyond to show me every function and accessory and how to operate them my previous vehicle (Nissan Titan) I had to figure it out on my own. Mr Cristo then had me meet with Eddie Grigorian the finance officer for Auto Nation as we went over the contract he was very thorough we went line by line through the contract making sure I understood every aspect of the vehicle purchase. Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo & Mr. Eddie Grigorian should be commended on the way they treat Auto Nation Customers there was no high pressure sales tactics used and the were the most friendliest people to work with I have no problem recommending them to friends and family who ask me where to purchase a vehicle from. More

Mal Diagnostco Fui el Service Center, el 20 de Febrero, me atendio un tal Alberto Corrales, por un golpe que tuve debajo del auto, y sentia un ruido al manejarlo, Alberto me dijo que tenia que hacer un dia me atendio un tal Alberto Corrales, por un golpe que tuve debajo del auto, y sentia un ruido al manejarlo, Alberto me dijo que tenia que hacer un diagnostco que me costaba $ 191 . Tambien se le hizo el mantenimiento de los 18 meses. Despues de 2 horas, me llamo Alberto y dijo que el auto tenia mal el bearing (trasero del lado derecho), por lo que había que reemplazarlo, eso me costaba $ 890. Solo pague los $ 191 del diagnostico y me fui del Service Center. El bearing lo reemplazaron en Headquarter Toyota a un costo $ 770. Pero aun sentía la vibración debajo del auto, fui a un taller de mecánica (Neighborhood Tires de Miami Gardens), el mecanico dijo que un rim delantero derecho estaba doblado y había que reemplazarlo, esa era la causa principal de la vibración. Si pague casi 200 dolares por un diagnostico, además que a mi auto se le hizo una rotación de llantas, NUNCA SE DIERON CUENTA O DIAGNOSTICARON QUE EL RIM ESTABA JOROBADO, lo que ocasionaba una vibración al manejarlo.
