I own a Toyota Tundra and had the catalytic converters stolen and had to have my truck dropped after hours for service. My Service Advisor was Tatiana and I never physically saw her as I was without a ve stolen and had to have my truck dropped after hours for service. My Service Advisor was Tatiana and I never physically saw her as I was without a vehicle but her level of communication through out the repairs was exceptional. She worked with my insurance company and myself and kept me informed on ever step of the way to get my truck back in service quickly. It is very easy to complain but when you get service above and beyond expectations that should be rewarded and talked about as well and I'm grateful for the service Weston Toyota and Tatiana provided. More
