They sold me and my wife a beautiful Rav4 , took our $ Deposit gave us a VIN # and beautiful pictures, ask us to wait a few days until they had the car shipped from someplace else. I took my car to get the brakes done. However, after taking it back for the third time and telling the service guy, Rashawn, that something was going on with the breaks, they then decided However, after taking it back for the third time and telling the service guy, Rashawn, that something was going on with the breaks, they then decided to check the breaks. He then informed the brakes were rusting, which, mind you, are supposed to be brand new. He then proceeded to tell me that they greased up the breaks instead of replacing the breaks and should have charged me 60.00 for them. After spending over 600 on replacing both breaks, front and back, my brakes should not be rusting. My breaks till now are still giving problems, and they refuse to change out the breaks I have paid for. This company is the worst. I have never had a problem with them, and now I see why my dad told me to stay away. More
