Good customer service However, when selling a used car, it must be checked carefully. Car play was not working and second sunroof was not able to close. It inconveniences the customer by having to trave it must be checked carefully. Car play was not working and second sunroof was not able to close. It inconveniences the customer by having to travel to the dealership and wait long hours. The service department and the sales department must communicate. I had to sit and wait until it was clear the car was sold to me with the above problems. The service department should NOT tell a customer that the extended warranty may not cover something that was sold defective. Once the manger got involved, the piece was ordered and installed everything was fine. More
