I was getting ready for a trip by pulling up to gas pump. The gas door on my Lease 2021 Camry LE with only 4300 miles on it, would not open. Turned out to be a "failed spring" inside the gas door. While a small issue it could been a disaster if happened 2 days later on my week long trip which had multiple appointments. It was promptly replaced within 45 minutes, including a car wash, on a busy Saturday. Definitely top quality service. More

My initial conversations with the appropriate personnel was spot on- however early on I had to go back for an oil change and some things I noticed happening when driving that weren't experienced during the was spot on- however early on I had to go back for an oil change and some things I noticed happening when driving that weren't experienced during the test drive. We're in the process of correcting these, I do realize that a used car is not a new car.
