KEEP AWAY! !!!! . I made an appointment to purchase a used car after been told that the auto was available. I checked in and after 30 minutes of waiting I was he !!!! . I made an appointment to purchase a used car after been told that the auto was available. I checked in and after 30 minutes of waiting I was helped by a secondary salesperson which was very apologetic and pleasant. But it started to go downhill from them, I was informed that the two autos that I was interested in were not available. I took a test drive a third vehicle that I was assured a clean car fax report but after my inspection it became apparent that it was repaired from an accident, I had to point out where was paint over black windshield molding. I was offered a brand-new car which I was assured would be priced at an agreed monthly amount. While attempting to get financing, the finance person called me a liar because the credit score was below what I had previously mentioned to the salesperson. I had to repeat my explanation to the finance officer that provide credit score was from a credit card free service, and I was not my fault that it was different from the actual credit report bureau report. I was told by the finance person that the only way to take the car at the previously agreed monthly cost was by coming up with a cosigner. So, I filled out the form to be cosigner for the purchase and the finance manager said that it did not reduce the monthly payment. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the purchase. It was not until I got home, I noticed that I was charge for extended warranty ($3128) that I clearly stated that I was not interested in purchasing because I had coverage thru my car insurance, the toyoguard protection ($699) was included in the original sticker price and it also added to the sales contract, the cost of the auto was $1000 more than the sticker price. The financing process was completely misleading, I did not get the best possible price for the car, and I was charged for items that I did not agree to. I feel taken advantage of. I do not think the dealer clearly disclosed all costs and acted in good faith. In top of all this the auto supposed to have wheel locks and I am having a real bad time having it delivered to my home address. More

4th car I've bought from this dealership but you won't get 5 stars from me until you reinstate the shuttle service. Sitting around a freezing waiting room for hours isn't my idea of fun.
