I've been attending this Toyota authorized services provider since awhile, and experience has been always excellent. I have just attended because of regular manufacturer recommended interventions, so e provider since awhile, and experience has been always excellent. I have just attended because of regular manufacturer recommended interventions, so evaluation of response level from the dealer when needed (mid to major mechanical intervention) has not been "stress tested". Special mention deserved to Service Advisor Jose Rivera: outstanding!!! More

Made appointment due to recall. Added tire rotation and oil change. Got there and they were NOT prepared for recall, main reason for going! And make another trip. Also told car would be ready in 2+ hrs.. By the time I drove home, car was ready. Too many trips unnecessarily. More
