Kept my car for a week , no repair takes that long ! offered me loaner on the last day then wanted my credit card to charge even though toyota was paying for it ? Said forget it ! Have been there 3 times before this and always have trouble , slow service , scratched the top of my car with their plastic numbers , asked not to wash my car in car wash did it anyway and scratched my car , finish my car and keep me waiting longer than necessary , always have to say my cars ready and demand paperwork or would be sitting there for an extra hour , focus is on getting people in more than out ! Never going back there , will drive the extra mileage to go to the other dealer ! More

Garfield was honest and fair from the beggining all the way to the end. He even came over and changed my tire once! I had been shopping for a New Corolla for a while but then I called Maroone and got a ho way to the end. He even came over and changed my tire once! I had been shopping for a New Corolla for a while but then I called Maroone and got a hold of Garfield. He came a great price, right over the phone and delivered a great experience once I went to the store. I'm very happy with Garfield and Maroone and would recomend them to anyone looking for new Toyota :) More

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. I visited the dealer three times to shop for a Sienna. When I finally went to pick it up, they had sold the unit to someone else!! The funny thing is that the sal dealer three times to shop for a Sienna. When I finally went to pick it up, they had sold the unit to someone else!! The funny thing is that the salesman had called me to set an appointment and told me they were washing and getting my car ready for delivery. Total disrespect of my time, I felt completely used. More
