Went for complimentary oil change & tire rotate PLUS a couple of recalls on new vehicle. Appointment was for 10 a.m. & I arrived at 9:40. Service was complete at 11:12 & at 12:15 I went to the service couple of recalls on new vehicle. Appointment was for 10 a.m. & I arrived at 9:40. Service was complete at 11:12 & at 12:15 I went to the service person who attended me and asked how much longer because soon it would be 3 hours of me there. He (Service person) claims he sent a text ( to husband at work). I previously said the car was a gift from my husband & needed MY phone number as primary. I called my husband & never received a text. So, it wast sent to someone else in error. I would of been sitting there all day waiting. This is our 3rd Toyota from this dealership with who we are happy with. Better communication at service area. Its not too hard to walk over to notify someone their car is ready. More

Had me in and out within 2 days. I got a rental fro like $50 plus refueling the vehicle. Even though I couldn't really afford the bill my Advisor Alex helped me out by explaining eve I got a rental fro like $50 plus refueling the vehicle. Good overall atmosphere and clean in customer waiting areas. Waiting time to be waited on after being placed in a queue, even with an appointment, was lengthy. Service department employees were pleasant and courteous overall. Also, the emails I received reminding me to schedule service, said "Happy Birthday. Get your free gift." Hah! There is no free Birthday gift. Comes across as another scam. More
