He immediately took me for a test drive in a 2010 Camry and explained to me the improvements that Toyota has made in the last year. At that time I did not want a red car so he went above and beyond to find me a great deal on a 2011 Camry with a price that was great and an even better interest rate (0.0%) What more could I ask for. Love the car as I already have a 2003 Camry and knew the value of a Toyota Camry. Trevor is an exceptional member of your team and you should be proud of the way he works with his customers. More

Pros: car was washed, detailed, and ready when I came to pick it up. Dealership is very quick and all paperwork was done electronically, which made things easy. Dealership changed Tire pressure sensor when I complained it was constantly on. Cons: Our sale should have been a cash sale for them. Our financing was through our credit union, so we came in to leave deposit, then come back in two days when financing check was mailed to us. When we came in to give deposit, we were told "maybe you can take it today". Then the sales person said "just fill this out". While filling it out, we realized that it said Credit application at the top. When we told them we were not filling out a credit application for a cash sale, we were told that it was necessary. When we complained the salesperson told us he would not be able to hold the car until the financing check came in. This was obviously ridiculous since we were giving him a $1000 check to hold the car. They were basically trying to manipulate the situation so they could move the car quicker. When we stood to walk out, the manager stepped in, apologized, and we were able to hold the car and pick it up when the financing came in. This incident left a bad taste in our mouth for this dealership. This was not necessary, and really just complicated a situation that did not have to be complicated. While the situation ended up ok, we will think twice next time we buy a car. More

Have been there 3 times before this and always have trouble , slow service , scratched the top of my car with their plastic numbers , asked not to wash my car in car wash did it anyway and scratched my car , finish my car and keep me waiting longer than necessary , always have to say my cars ready and demand paperwork or would be sitting there for an extra hour , focus is on getting people in more than out ! Never going back there , will drive the extra mileage to go to the other dealer ! More
